Good morning bread friends!
This weekβs email is coming a day early because weβre changing the plan for bread pick up this week.
Rather than doing a Thursday bake this weekβ¦ Iβm asking you to go ahead and pre-order now for a Wednesday pick up. This schedule change is only for this week, in order to complement your Thanksgiving dinner plans.
Iβve heard from some of you that you plan to use our sourdough bread to make your stuffing, or that youβre planning to cube the bread for croutons for your salad. I personally like to use slices of sourdough to make a sandwich with leftovers of turkey and cranberry.
Whatever you will use our bread for this week⦠I want you to have the opportunity to get your loaf the day before Thanksgiving so that you can plan accordingly.

P.S. To avoid any confusionβ¦ for anyone who is a member of Bread Club (which is like a CSAβ¦ but for our handmade sourdough bread) your schedule is staying the same. Just like all other weeks, Bread Club members will pick up fresh bread on Tuesday (aka tomorrow). If you arenβt a member of Bread Club, but youβd like to learn more about it and/or join in the future, I invite you to reply and ask any questions about the program.
