Good morning bread friends!
Thanks to those of you whoβve been spreading the word about Bread & Justice. Iβve noticed an uptick in the number of newsletter subscribers latelyβ¦ which I attribute to you telling your friends about our little community of people who are serious about good bread & real justice. Whether youβre sharing bread with a neighbor, forwarding one of these emails to a friend, or posting on social media about your loaf :) those are the ways that we grow our impact. So thank you very much for being willing to do that!
Welcome to all the new bread friends!
One of the most common questions that I get from new subscribers and new curious customers is, βWait, so how can you order bread?β
Iβve written a letter about that a few months ago, so Iβll link that here:
π³οΈ This weekend I spent an afternoon knocking on doors for Judge Crawford, and Jill Underly - reminding neighbors of the upcoming election on April 1st.
Given what a maniacal disaster our federal government is right now, I was pleased to see how tuned in people are about our state and local elections that are coming up in a couple of weeks.
But this is a reminder for you all that early voting has started here in Wisconsin. Weβll be voting for our State Supreme Court and State Superintendent of Public Education, as well as local elections like school board, city council, and county executive.
If youβre in Madison, while you have a designated polling place for voting on Election Day - you can vote early at ANY of the early voting locations. Here is a list of early voting locations, so that you can find that that is convenient for your commute or running errands today. π§
Anyway⦠I hope you have a wonderful day!
Cheers,
Mo
