First Snow! ❄️

Thanksgiving Bake? 🥖📣🦃

Good morning bread friends!

I wish that I could bottle up for you the unadulterated joy that my kids experience when they see the first snow sticking to the ground each year. I woke up this morning to Hannah running into our bedroom yelling “There’s snow on the ground!”

I don’t know if it was my grogginess, or if she was really yelling when she said it… but it seemed to me that she was shouting with the sort of eagerness that suggested that this was the loudest she could get – and also not nearly loud enough to match her level of enthusiasm.

Anyway… my hope for you is that you find something to be just as delighted about this weekend as Hannah is about the first snow.

🦃 In the meantime, I’m weighing the possibility of doing a Thanksgiving bake. If I do a mid-week bake next week - would you want a loaf of sourdough for Thanksgiving?

I’m not promising a Thanksgiving bake, but if people express interest… I might make it happen :)
